Travel Exercises for Your Abs
Here is an exercise for your abs you can do to help keep your abs strong as you are on a plane ride or any other type of ride. You will simply need to keep your hands and arms by your side. Squeeze your abdominal muscles and then lift your legs up towards your chest and hold for three seconds. Do this ten times. Then you can bring your legs up to each side and do the same thing and hold for three seconds again doing the repetition ten times. Here you will get in your ab workout as you are traveling and touring for work.
