Stretching It Out At The Check Out
Here you can do an exercise for your glutes and thighs while waiting in line at the grocery store check out counter.
- While holding your cart, lift your fit of one leg and rest it on your opposite knee.
- Then you will squat on your one leg for 3 seconds.
- Alternate your legs while you do this in order to be able to stretch and strengthen those leg and lower back muscles.
You will be able to do this the whole time you wait in line. As you continue to do this every time you can start to increase the time to 5 and then 10 seconds for each leg to continue to build up strength and resistance.
