While you are in the shower, you can get in exercise as well. consider the option of using your shampoo bottle as your weight and you can do tricep exercises.

  1. Grip the bottle with both hands and raise it over your head so your elbows point at the ceiling.
  2. Slowly raise your arms up leaving your elbows up.
  3. Bring your lower arms so they are parallel with the ceiling and hold for two seconds.
  4. Do this slowly and apply your own resistance.

Do this for 12 reps and 2 sets. Then you should increase the number of repetitions to 15 and sets to 3 as you get more comfortable.
