Playground Leg Lift
When you take to the kids to the park and let them play at the swing set or on the playground, you will be able to get your exercise in as well. Go the border around the playground equipment and do leg lifts.
- You can do this by resting the balls of your feet on the edging and then lifting straight up.
- You will then hold it for a three count and then lower yourself to where your heels are below the top of the edging.
- Continue to do this for 10 to 12 repetitions for three sets.
It will only take minutes and will do wonders for your hamstrings and your calves.
