Do Your Phone Work with Arm Circles
While you are on the phone, you can do exercise even if you do not realize it. Consider doing arm circles while on the phone. Here you will be able to work out your arms and hold a conversation.
- Start by stretching your free hand away from your body.
- Then do a small controlled circle with your arm for 30 seconds.
- Then rest for 3 seconds while still holding the arm out.
- Then rotate your arm backwards for 30 seconds.
Rest it for 3 seconds and repeat the whole cycle twice more. Then switch hands and do the same exercise for your other arm. This will develop shoulder strength.
