Blow Dry Squats
Who says drying your hair has no benefits. Well note it can. While you are running your blow dryer, you can do squats that will help to build your core strength and to improve your thighs and glutes.
- You start by positioning your feet so they are facing out.
- Then while you are blow-drying your hair, bend at your knees and go straight down.
- Hold it for 10 to 15 seconds and then go back up.
Do this for 12 to 15 repetitions. Continue to do 3 sets while you are blow-drying your hair. You will begin to see results in no time.
