We are all looking to tone our abs and are willing to do anything to make it happen. Well here is a quick and easy exercise you can do anywhere to give you that help.

  1. You simply need to squeeze or suck in your belly button toward your back.
  2. Hold it there for 15 seconds and then release.
  3. Do this for 10 to 15 reps.

If you are doing this throughout the day whenever you can even while driving you will start to notice a difference in no time. It is quick and easy and you can do this exercise anywhere without anyone noticing.
